In Store Chat

First, have an introductory conversation about your needs and preferences.

Feel free to bring along photos and colour ideas to help convey your vision. 

We are here to listen, understand and ensure your input shapes our personalized recommendations for your home.

Step 2

Home Visit

The second step is more hands-on; a member of our team will visit your home to understand the space and complete the overview to ensure
we are offering detailed and accurate recommendations.  This step comes with a modest fee which is deducted from your order.  We'll share our thoughts and suggestions, working together with you to put together a complete package that suits your style and requirements.

This joint effort ensures the end results reflect your vision perfectly.

Step 3

Order & Delivery

Upon proceeding with your project, the consultation fee is deducted from your order. 

When the time comes, we deliver all furniture directly to your home,
taking care to remove all packaging and setting up as required.
